"Cocooning Zone" offers a quiet personal retreat — enclosed pods designed for focused calls, confidential work, or a moment of solitude.

Nexus Hub draws its core inspiration from the landscape characteristics of Sentosa—nature’s most profound intersections where ecosystems converge, contrasts coexist, and transitions unfold. The design concept integrates elements of forest, cave, and oceanic coastline to symbolize the three elemental realms of nature: earth, water, and air. Together, they form a symbolic triad—an interconnected space of flow, contrast, and unity.”

To bring this concept into the spatial experience, we aim to reflect it through wall and floor finishes—such as flooring that evokes the sea by the bay, and a green & blue gradient carpet symbolizing the transition from rainforest to coastal landscapes, expressed through curved patterns. Additionally, wave-like glass designs will echo the fluidity and movement of water.

This area provides a variety of seating and resting options, including cave-like room, semi-open quiet pods, phone booths, and high table ledge with bar chair, ensuring a balance between relaxation and productivity.

Collaboration Area

The design collaboration aims to create a dynamic, multi-level seating and relaxation experience by seamlessly integrating a bench, swing and plant elements into a single cohesive concept. The intent is to craft a space that is not only visually striking but also highly functional, encouraging interaction, relaxation, and a deep connection with nature. To create a flexible, dynamic, and multifunctional environment that adapts to various activities, such as discussions, presentations, group work, and social interactions. By integrating different types and ranges of modular furniture along with stage platform seating, the space becomes a versatile hub that encourages engagement, creativity, and adaptability for users in corporate, educational, or public settings.

Pantry / Break Out Area

The pantry space is thoughtfully designed to balance functionality, aesthetics, and natural elements, creating an engaging and welcoming environment. The combination of both island bar counters, a plant-integrated & wire mesh ceiling feature enhance both usability and visual appeal.

The layout encourages social interaction, relaxation, and productivity by offering diverse seating options that cater to various needs.
